Janseva conducted a voter literacy session with over 150 blue-collar workers to promote civic awareness and participation. The session began with a survey to understand their concerns regarding voting access, documentation, and workplace constraints. Participants shared valuable insights about the challenges they face in engaging with the electoral process. Our team then guided them through voter registration procedures, grievance redressal methods, and government support platforms. The initiative aimed to empower workers with the knowledge and tools to make their voices heard, advancing Janseva’s commitment to inclusive democracy and civic participation under SDG 16.

11 August 2024Noida

Ahead of Independence Day, Janseva organized a civic rights awareness drive in underserved communities to educate young children about the Fundamental Rights and Duties of Indian citizens. Our team visited these areas to conduct interactive sessions and activities that made civic learning engaging and accessible. The drive focused on nurturing values of freedom, equality, and responsibility while inspiring pride in India’s democratic ideals. By bringing civic education directly to children who often lack such exposure, Janseva reaffirmed its mission to build an informed and responsible generation committed to justice, participation, and the spirit of nation-building.
